1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and DASHTALK TECHNOLOGIES (Panipat, Haryana, India 132103), which operates DashTalk. By downloading or using DashTalk you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Age requirement (18+)

DashTalk is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to create an account or interact with AI companions. We close accounts we find to belong to minors.

3. Companions are AI, not people

Every companion inside DashTalk is a simulated artificial intelligence character. They are not real humans. Conversations, images and voice recordings are synthetic outputs generated by software, and companion replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unintentionally offensive.

DashTalk is entertainment and companionship software. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.

4. Your account

You may use DashTalk as a guest or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your device secure. Do not share your account or use another person's account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use DashTalk to create or solicit content that sexualises minors, or that depicts real people without their consent.
Upload content you do not have the rights to, including photographs of other people.
Use the service to harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or circumvent limits, filters or billing.
Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service or its outputs without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you send, the clips, character settings and messages you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate DashTalk for you — including sending conversation content to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

7. Reporting and moderation

Harmful content is filtered automatically. If a companion produces something that feels wrong, use the report option in the chat menu, or email support@dashtalkai.com. We review reports and may remove content, retrain filters, or suspend accounts. We aim to respond to reports within 48 hours.

8. Subscriptions and billing

DashTalk offers Pro and Elite subscriptions on monthly, quarterly and yearly terms. The exact price, billing period and total amount charged are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency before you confirm, and are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the term ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price then shown in the store.
You can cancel or manage a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

9. Energy and the free plan

Energy is a consumable in-app credit used for voice calls, voice notes, gifts, sending photos, media, and chats beyond your daily limit. Energy does not expire, has no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and is not redeemable for money. Free accounts have daily message limits and restricted access to some companions and features.

10. Our intellectual property

DashTalk, its software, branding, stock companion artwork and voices are owned by DASHTALK TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, and nothing more.

11. Availability and changes

We may add, change or withdraw features, companions or plans. We aim to keep DashTalk available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may suspend it for maintenance. If we discontinue a paid feature during a term you have already paid for, you may contact us for a pro-rata resolution.

12. Termination

You may stop using DashTalk at any time and delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for other users. Sections 10, 13 and 15 survive termination.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashTalk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that companion output will be accurate, appropriate or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to DashTalk is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

14. App Store terms

The following applies where you obtained DashTalk from the Apple App Store, and forms part of your agreement:

These Terms are between you and DASHTALK TECHNOLOGIES only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for DashTalk or its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for DashTalk.
If DashTalk fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
DASHTALK TECHNOLOGIES, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to DashTalk, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
DASHTALK TECHNOLOGIES, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that DashTalk infringes intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Where you obtained DashTalk from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google is not a party to these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panipat, Haryana, India, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by updating the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use DashTalk after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@dashtalkai.com.
